Podravka's share
Podravka's share is listed in the first quotation of Zagreba?ka burza (Zagreb Stock Exchange) since 1998 and its symbol is PODR-R-A.
After EBRD retreated from Podravka's ownership structure in 2003 and the number of shares issued in 2004 was increased, the number of issued shares is 5.420.003 from which currently outstanding is 72.9%. Turnover realized by Podravka's share at Zagreb Stock Exchange is about 10% of total turnover at Zagreb Stock Exchange in 2005, which places the share among three shares with the highest turnover.
As one of the most solvent shares with high outstanding percentage and significant turnover, Podravka's share is listed in official index of Zagreb Stock Excange CROBEX, and in the comprehensive index in Croatia, CROEMI® ,which keeps track of share prices at Zagreba?ka and Varaždinska burza.
Besides being listed in Croatian stock indices, the share has recently been listed among SETX index (South-East Europe Traded Index) released by the Vienna Stock Exchange since February 2006 and it includes 14 largest companies with quotation on stock exchanges in Zagreb, Ljubljana, Bucharest and Sophia.
Podravka's share was rewarded by the Financial forum for the most solvent share in 2001 and 2002 and received the reward „Zlatna dionica“ (Golden share) for the best industrial share in 2005.
